Anthony serves as Development Manager and Owner Representative for Carlin Projects Los Angeles. Anthony oversees the various components of the development process and is responsible for Project Managing high-end luxury developments while acting as the Owner’s Representative.
Anthony has 10 years of international experience working in a diverse background of Architectural Design & Development projects, particularly located throughout Australia, Asia and Los Angeles. Prior to joining Carlin Projects, Anthony was the lead Architectural Designer, Development Manager and Owner Representative for a luxury residential mansion development in Bel Air, Los Angeles. Before moving to Los Angeles in 2011, Anthony worked for leading Australian Architecture firms such as Architectus and The Buchan Group Architects and also established Anthony Neale Group, specializing in designing and developing high end projects internationally, with a particular focus on private luxury residences, boutique hotels and beach resorts.
With experience on projects spanning across the Commercial, Retail, Residential, Mixed-use, Transport, Hotel, Hospitality, Civic and Government sectors, Anthony’s projects ranged from a $2 Billion Master Planned City in Qingdao China, to Hilton Hotels and James Packer’s Crown Casinos across Australia, Westfield Shopping Centers and residential apartments, to detailed Architectural & Furniture design for the Queen Elizabeth II Supreme Court of Australia, which was selected as the 2013 Australian Institute of Architects National Award for Best Civic Building.
Anthony was raised cross-culturally throughout Australia and Asia, graduating from The Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) and a Post Graduate Degree in Property Development. Prior to this, Anthony studied Urban Design and Planning.
